Product Warranty Against Defects

1. Our Warranty Promise

Tongs for Tossers warrants that the products Campfire Series Tongs and Bonfire Series Tongs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of original purchase. 

If a defect appears during this period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product, or provide a refund. 

2. Mandatory Australian Consumer Law Text

Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply to goods and provide entitlements like replacement, refund, repair, or replacement for failures. Further details are on the ACCC website. 

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse or use outside of intended purposes.

  • Damage from incorrect installation or modification.

  • Environmental damage. 

4. How to Make a Claim

  1. Stop use immediately once a defect is found.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs for assessment. If the claim is valid under this warranty or the ACL, we will reimburse reasonable standard shipping costs.5.
